Antonis Loizou - Chairman
The Chairman of the company is Mr Antonis Loizou FRICS, who is the Managing Partner of Antonis Loizou & Associates, a professional service provider based in Cyprus.
Mr Loizou has practiced in the UK and Cyprus for over 30 years, has a long track record of providing advice on complex real estate projects, writes regularly in the financial press, and is involved in the highest levels of the Cyprus government influencing policy.

The Managing Director of Antonis Loizou & Associates (Romania) real estate services srl is Mr Drossos Chrysanthou. Mr Chrysanthou is a UK qualified economist and a seasoned businessman, with significant interests in Cyprus, Greece, and Romania.
Mr Chrysanthou has a long track record of real estate development in the UK, Cyprus, and Greece where he has been involved in numerous residential and commercial projects. Mr Chysanthou has been based in Romania since 2002 and is in charge of the daily operations of the company, and utilizing the company˘s local network to identify real estate opportunities.
Pavlos Loizou - New Ventures
Pavlos Loizou is responsible for institutional clients wishing to invest in the Romanian market. Pavlos qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with CB Richard Ellis in the UK, where he advised clients on their European real estate strategy, and then worked at AXA REIM as fund analyst on the AXA Property Trust, a listed, core-plus, pan-European fund.
Pavlos is a graduate of the University of Reading (1st class honors in Land Management), the University of Cambridge (MPhil in Real Estate Finance), has a diploma in Financial Management from the ACCA, and is a guest speaker at the University of Reading.
